shipping & returns policy

I provide global shipping for all artworks to almost every country in the world. 

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 5 days to Europe and UK. For North/South America, Australia/New Zealand and Asia please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping is always insured.

All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via DHL, UPS or other popular service provider. 

returns on damaged or lost artwork

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact me within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, I will communicate with you on replacement or refund. If you wish to return an undamaged artwork please note that redispatch is on your cost and return must be made within 7 working days of delivery.

customs

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I am not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. Delays due to orders being held in customs are out of my control.

If your tracking information shows your package is stuck in customs and you have not been notified, please contact your customs office to inquire on the parcel.
